Rise and Fall, Coil and Uncoil.
Curve, Spiral, Slide and Roll.

We spend the morning session thoroughly awakening the body/mind connection, inviting mindful touch into each playful moment.

The afternoon session launches us into further investigations of various number configurations: solo/duo/trio and more.

"The workshop will expand the notion of duet and
stretch it into the territory of ensemble improvisation.
The goal - to experience the group mind."

Join us. Taking workshops is how experienced dancers get… Experienced!

The curriculum of this workshop consists of all new material. The work is multi-layered to be appropriate for all dancers wishing to advance their
CI practice, including those new to the form.

This is the first of two, full-day mixed-level workshops offered this Spring.
The other is with Neige Christenson on April 25th, same venue, same pricing.

Attend both and receive a $10 refund and free admission to a Tuesday Jam.
