Experiments in Grace and Gravity
We will practice tuning into our partners while staying alert to what our listening bodies can learn about ourselves in each moment.

Neige says: "One of the most thrilling aspects of the practice of CI is that we are engaged in a lively experiment, testing how the properties of gravity and momentum interact with our own physical truths.”

We will be expanding our spherical skills: finding more ease with inversions, using all six of our limbs to stay connected and inviting the animal body into the dance.
In partnership, we will explore ways of cooperating to enhance momentum, and the beauty of relinquishing control in order to find more physical safety in the dance.

Join us. Taking workshops is how experienced dancers get… Experienced!

The work is multi-layered to be appropriate for all dancers wishing to advance their CI practice, including those new to the form.
