© Tim BarryWhat’s Happening Now?
We will find a primal experience of weight as we orient the body to aligning in motion. We will practice both exquisite following and leading to help us let go in improvisation. Opening perception and increasing our improvisation skills (duration, telescoping awareness, kinesthetic-compositional modulation, group mind) will tap us into the heart, guts, and community building of full contact dance.
