A Workshop for Everyone!

Note: Pre-registration is now closed, but...
Walk-in is possible for this event.

Exercises, skills and dancing:
Through duets and trios, we will discover the unique possibilities afforded by each dance and dance partner.

© Kristophe Diaz"We will begin by softening into sensation, enhancing our awareness of ourselves, each other and the environment. We will practice listening exercises, facilitating clear communication through movement.  We will apply these skills to explorations of weight-shifting ans sharing, head-tail connection and rolling point of contact."

This mixed-level workshop is appropriate for all those wishing to advance their CI practice.  Beginners welcome.

Attend both this and Steph Turner's, October 5th workshop and receive a $10 refund and free admission to a Tuesday Jam.
