Free Outdoor Class/Lab before the Jam

Tuesday in September: 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th.  
(The Tuesdays other than the first Tuesday, which is an Underscore).

Peter Benjamin will be holding space for the exploration of a blend of technique and raw movement, sensation, and awareness.  Since we will be outside we will also be exploring falling, rolling and some simple lifts with our more forgiving earth floor (the grass).  

What does it mean to trust while moving with another?  

How does one dive more deeply into the present moment and the secret messages of our own bodes that inform our movement?
