A Class Description from Liz:

The March class is a
one-shot introduction
with a theme of Curiosity!

"The March class will be a chance to dance and dialogue. It will indeed be a class, but using the theme of curiosity to answer questions about who I am as a teacher, who you are as students, and what topics are of interest for further explorations.”

The April Series continues the exploration.

"Using our curiosity and intuition, informed by an understanding of physics and anatomy, we will delve deeper into the practice of CI.  We will direct our explorations towards areas identified in the March 25th class as well as other topics that emerge during the series.  Though our learning will be guided by a focus that will stimulate and satisfy, we may also explore material that might confuse and challenge.  While the topics of each class may vary, special attention will be paid to establishing a solid foundation in the fundamentals of CI.  For more seasoned practitioners, we will add layers of subtlety to our movement research.  Thus the class is appropriate for all levels."
