WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION:
Please note: Workshop registration is limited to those attending both Workshop sessions & the Fall Jam.
Poetics of Contact: Touch, Flow and Imagination

In this workshop we will alternate physical research, skill development, and the focused practice of contact improvisation.  Ultimately our goal will be to have dances that are exploratory, clear-boundaried, and fun.  What seems essential is the ability to attune one’s physicality and intelligence to meet the needs of the dancing.  It is skillful, imaginative play.
