All Dancers: Please join us for the Friday Welcome Jam; simply walk-in on Friday, 7-10pm, and pay at the door.

If you want to join Scott's workshop (and you have the appropriate experience):
We have a few slots open. Please email the registrar, or simply show up at the door on Friday night or at 9:30am Saturday. We will try to accommodate you.

COSTS and REGISTRATION:

Financial aid and scholarship donations:

To ApplyIf the lowest level of our sliding scale is too expensive for you, we offer a limited number of applicants $40 off their fee on a first-come-first-served basis. Apply on the registration form.

To Donate: If you have even a little extra, please donate to the scholarship fund as you register.  Your support enables more dancers to attend CIB events. 

Early bird registration and pricing: Early-bird discounts have expired 
IMPORTANT: Early bird pricing applies only until midnight, March 12

♦ $135 - Full-time student (also those unemployed or severe economic issues)
♦ $155 - Regular rate - Employed (including self-employed). That is, most of us.
♦ $175 - Professional rate - Pay this rate if you can.
♦ $195 - Supporting the Arts!

Friday Welcome Jam: Always available and Open to the public
♦ Included with workshop registration
♦ $10(sliding scale) - For Friday only attendence: Pay at the door only.

OUT-OF-TOWNERS:

You are welcome - come one, come all! We can help you with housing here in the homes of local dancers. Please pre-register and indicate you need housing; we'll work it out for you.

LOCATION:  

All the weekend's events take place at: 
Cambridge Masonic Hall, 1950 Mass. Ave, Cambridge, MA (Porter Square)
Right across the street from the Porter Sq stop on the MBTA Red Line.
Park on far side of the lot behind Elephant Walk Restaurant, 2067 Mass Ave (across the street, north 3 blocks)

CANCELLATION POLICY:

 •   If  we cancel the entire event, we will refund the entire registration fee of pre-registered participants.  If we cancel an event part-way through, we will pro-rate that refund.
•   If a registered participant withdraws from an event more than two weeks before the event, we will fully refund their registration fee, minus a $10 administration fee.
•   If a registered participant withdraws less than two weeks before the event, no refund will be issued.  Also applies to no-shows (but please let us know you aren't coming so we can plan better.)
•   We will consider hardship situations for refunds before and during the event.  Please contact the registrar.
