On Sunday, October 19th at the Arlington Center studio, Lani Nahele will be the guest teacher. The class will be from 11:30-2PM.  Please email me to indicate if you will be attending.

Taking my intrigue with objects a bit further, I'll arrive at the Arlington Yoga Center bearing "things", that we will manipulate and measure and practice velocity, ergonomics, and relationship with.  From there, we'll transfer our exploratory, open bodies and minds to the dance with another being.  How can we continue to have a beginners mind as we enter a dance?  How can we continue to evolve our physical understanding to take better care of our bodies and remain injury free?  How can our dances grow ever more exciting and novel as the possibilities, shapes, and interfacings expand?
