Before the Jam Classes, 2015

Michael Sheely: Teaching November 10, 17, 24

Trust the Feeling

Class Description: How do you know when to give weight or move away from some thing that might be too heavy? Listening with our bodies is one of the essential skills for developing our ability to enjoy contact. In this series of classes we will cultivate the ability to listen to the many messages that come to us through touch and sensation. Learn to read your partner and your own body with a deeper sense of understanding based on the rich information of feeling.

Time: Class starts promptly at 6:30, end at 8 pm. (followed by weekly Contact Jam.)

Location: The usual weekly Contact Jam space:
First Church Cambridge, 11 Garden Street, Harvard Square, Cambridge.
(Take the Red Line or leave plenty of time for parking.)

Cost: $15/class at the door, or take advantage of our special pre-registration discount.

Pay online or at the first class
Get the series of 3 classes for $40.
