Playing in the laboratory of CI
Class Description: One of the most thrilling aspects of the practice of CI is that we are engaged in an experiment, testing how the properties of gravity interact with our own physical truths. Each dance, even with people we think we know well, is therefore unique and full of possibilities. We may learn patterns to find ease of movement and relative safety, and yet we strive to keep ourselves alert and curious in each breath of the dance.
The series will offer both physical and mental skills that will be useful for this ongoing experiment.

Class Options: Attend these classes as a discounted monthly series or walk-in to individual classes.

Note: For walk-ins to class, you can attend the jam for a reduced rate (sliding scale starting at $5.00 instead of the usual jam-only price of $10, sliding scale, $8-16).

First Church Cambridge, 11 Garden Street, Harvard Square, Cambridge.
(Take the Red Line or leave plenty of time for parking.)
Class Time: Starts promptly at 6:30, runs til 8pm. Followed by the jam, 8-10pm
