Before the Jam Classes, 2017

Alli Ross: Teaching March 21th and 28th, 2017

Hummingbird Humming Bird... Land!

© Erich LudwigClass Description: Someone once encouraged me to find the places in my life to simplify and settle, and then, from there, let action emerge. I notice this tendency in the dance as well. When am I interested in fluttering around? Entering and exiting dances at quick tempos? and letting the excitement of each moment, each possibility take me? And then, when and how do I grow and deepen my presence in a dance, challenge my desire to leave a dance, and allow for outside action to fly by while remaining where I am?

In our 2 week series, March 21st, 28th we will explore these layers of entering and exiting dances, embodying, challenging and celebrating our hummingbird like tendencies. All levels and abilities are welcome.

What about Tuesdays, March 7?
March 7th is a First Tuesday Underscore.  Check the link for info.
